About Me

Long time real estate broker, Alexandra Kaldis Tyson, embodies all the characteristics you look for while searching for the right home – ethical, service-oriented and professional. This top-producing broker and self-starter, whose family has long been involved in real estate with Pete Kaldis Realty, followed in her father’s footsteps. She founded Alex Tyson Properties in 2000, after being a sales associate at Casey Properties for 12 years and Greenwood King Properties for 6 years. When looking to purchase a house, remember this: “Alex Tyson Properties will represent all of you real estate needs in a committed and timely manner.”

Tyson, a native Houstonian who currently resides in Southampton and was raised in the neighborhood, specializes in residential real estate inside the “Loop” and just outside the “Loop”. After graduating from Duke University with a degree in art and art history and being a medical artist for 5 years, she decided to pursue a career in real estate, which she has been involved in for almost 30 years. “My background and straightforward approach to real estate allow my clients to make educated and informed decisions with regard to their residential needs,” she says.

Tyson treats each client as if he or she were her only client, offering individualized attention and an accurate picture of the market. “I give my customers as much information as possible, so that they can make intelligent decisions,” says Tyson. “The selling and buying process is complicated, and I know the importance of providing valuable information with realistic expectations during that process.”

Alex Tyson loves to match people to their “perfect” home. With her never-ending patience and real estate savvy, she is willing to spend as much time as it takes on each and every one of her clients to bring a transaction to resolution. “It takes endurance to keep working with both sides to finalize a contract,” she says. “My job is to channel communication between sellers and buyers, so that everyone is pleased at the end of the negotiating process.”
